REFUND
& RETURN POLICY
It
depends. We treat free pieces and discount and
designer pieces differently.
All free jewelry pieces are non refundable
and non returnable. Since you are receiving the
jewelry free (you only pay S&P fees) we are
unable to accept returns at this time. Please
feel free to give it as a gift to someone you
know.
However, if you would like to return or exchange
a discount or designer piece of jewelry, please
read the instructions below. All returns must
be requested within 14 days of the order date,
and items must be delivered back to us within
30 days of the order date.
To
return or exchange an item, please follow these
simple steps:
1.
Obtain a RA # number by completing the form found
here.
Please include your order number and the reason
for the return. Also, please note whether you
will would like a refund, credit, or an exchange.
Allow up to 24 hours for the RA # to be issued.
2. Repack the jewelry in its original packaging
with a copy of the invoice and RA #.
3. Ship to the following return shipping address:

an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel
Post) and retain your receipt. FreeJewelry.com
