Q: Why pay only shipping and processing?

A: The cost of shipping and processing (S&P) helps cover our expenses, associated with many things, such as packaging, shipping, and warehousing. This includes any special packaging we may need to use, plus our fast delivery service (most orders are shipped within 24 hours).

Q: How can you afford to give your jewelry away for free?

A: At FreeJewelry.com, we do our best to deliver quality, affordable jewelry to you or your gift recipient. By helping us promote JewelryRebate.com you don't have to pay the typical fees "added on" by most retail stores, such as distribution, middle men, stocking fees, and mark ups. You are able to save time, money, and receive the same trendy jewelry sold in stores around the world for much less! So rest easy and have fun shopping!

Q: How is my jewelry packaged?

A: Your jewelry is not sent to you in typical "jewelry box" as seen in many retail stores. Most of our pieces (size permitting) are packaged in a stylish velour jewelry bag. This allows us to save money on expensive packaging so you can receive your jewelry for free.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: No, we currently do not offer expedited shipping. Most orders are shipped through USPS regular mail.

Q: How long before I receive my free jewelry?

A: Under normal conditions is usually takes 5 to 10 business days to receive an order. All jewelry is shipped First Class Mail.

Q: I placed an order, may I cancel it?

A: Unfortunately, once an order is place it cannot be cancelled. When an order is placed it goes directly to our fulfillment center and your order is packaged within a few minutes.

Q: I received my jewelry and realized one of the pieces isn't my style. Can I return or exchange it for another piece?

A: Sorry, since you are receiving the jewelry free (you only pay S&P fees) we are unable to accept returns at this time. Please feel free to give it as a gift to someone you know.

Q: Can I order more than one item?

A: Yes, you can order as many times as you want. We don't have any limits on the number of free items a customer can get.
